how do you plan to do it ?
no areas of the ship except the bridge , med lab and biospheres have there own life support
the rest of the ship when powered uses the life support of the biospheres who when maintaining only their own life support use 15 % of their life support infrastructure
when a ship works all the living crew are in stasis and only the navigator/commender or the master engineer are woken up periodically to make system checks and to do manual course corrections when needed
and jim the rear biospheres have 8 levels each around 60 km diameter we can use the one or two bottom levels for intermingling and the rest partition off and give each group its own area
and there all ready is teleport system there but without the master controlling AI the teleport will have around 65 % chance bringing to where you ask for. the 35% chance left you end up somewhere random (but it never will send you somewhere dangerous or deadly)

I don't know that we want to partition things off so everyone can have their own area - won't it be easier if we just throw all the characters more or less straight at each other?

Alternatively, if the bridge are has atmosphere, does it make sense to have all the guests, whereever they enter the structure, head for the bridge? Then people can meet up along the way or as they reach the bridge depending on how individual comickers decide they want to go. That gives some leeway to explore different parts of the ship, but still ends up with everyone in one place (and presents some amusing opportunities for things to go horribly wrong during the obligatory party at the end - I'm visualising Steve drunkenly leaning on the button that activates the defense systems...).

good idea but we will need to make a large bridge

usually ships of that class has minimum size needed bridge

I dunno - you want the bridge to be small enough that the captain or whoever's in charge can talk to anyone easily without having to do too much running around. It will need to be big enough to fit all the participants in comfortably, but let's not make it enormous just for size's sake. Make it too big, and it becomes implausible because the bridge crew wouldn't actually be able to function.

robots are normally used to do maintaince tasks
the bridge is mainly used as monitoring station for the ship
