Nanase from El Goonish Shive is another. Well, I assume she has green eyes, as she looks the type, but eyes rarely have colour in EGS.

'Sonya' from the Wotch may or may not count. But again, eyes are rarely coloured in that comic. However, assuming that doesn't matter...

Liz of Real Life.

Cute Video Store Girl and Hannah from Krakow Original.

Chel from Alien Dice.

Zoe from Venus Envy.

Wrench from Anti-Hero for Hire.

Haley from Order of the Stick.

Hypatia from The Noob.

Elle from Elle, and all the Others. (NSFW)

Malory from Head Trip.

Marena and Karen form Keychain of Creation. (Twins!!!1!)

Two old ones. Their respective comics either ended or the authors lost interest and let their domains fall off.

Ceth and Emma from Cradle
Malay from Dude, where's Pioneer I?

Edit:

And, one that's still alive and kicking:

Damn, that was quite a list you managed to pull out there Amon, and Mae goes vintage on us (but how could I forget Ash? Doh! :( ).

... looks like Scale's creators could use with a course in originality!

oooooh the possibilities in cameos are going to be endless! she loves swords. I might do a background cameo of Mr and Mrs Tiger Hogan just for fun in chapter 4. I have a hair that resembles hers. But she looks more auburn than redhead.
It was one of her darker periods, but believe me... she's a redhead for sure *looks over* Yep! Still got it :P

Tis surely a sign that I read too many webcomics.

Actually, thinking about it... does Ash even qualify as an actual girl?

Filly Flutterby is the latest red-haired green-eyed girl in the The KAMics, although I'm not sure Hogan is too thrilled about her.
