Catching up on the newer comics.

Alright, by now we've seen the link between the thingie flashback story as well as Deception's epilogue. At least, we've seen that some of the same characters are in it. ... And I'm not really sure I understand that.
But lets get back here.
In
http://eou.comicgenesis.com/d/20120619.html, Claria makes the comment about Deccy being the only one left in the comic she can detect. Other than this being really bad, tactics (you don't give your knowledge to the enemy), Deception realizes the implications of this -- what did he realize that I did not? We know that there are others here -- a priest and Victoria, for example -- and if they are not webcomic characters, what are they? Is Claria just detecting "out of comic webcharacters" -- in which case she is saying that the only ones left are normal characters from the comic, and Deccy -- or is she saying "I have zipped up all the characters from this webcomic", in which case the priest and Victoria (At least) are actually ... what? Forumites left over from the war?
Claria just encased the marshmallow bunny-thing, and starts turning the ground into air to try to drop Deccy. She says that she is toying with him because she likes it. Fine. Then she threatens to go after Celine. How? She doesn't seem like the type to lie to throw him off-balance, so she actually expects to. Yet that part of the comic does seem to have an author, a different drawing style, and colors -- like it's a third comic/story sharing a common URL. Even if she doesn't know about Chaos helping Celine, she must actually have a plan to go in and do something -- and if she could, then all of the remaining characters are open to her (which is, Dr. Catastrophe, The Editor, who is no longer in Mindmistress's prison, Zworgue's "present time" (last seen in a fight at the start of the flashback, where is he now?), ...
Hmm ... So Jason was actually last seen going into the 403 zone at the end of the war, right? And now he's directing Claria and Fred?
Lets see if anything clears up reading a few more comics.
EDIT: Ok, so there's this:
Victoria and Edward : The Editor's doppleganger as mentionned here (
http://eou.comicgenesis.com/d/20070124.html) who were in American Gothic but got "copied" when Aggie created the prison comic. One desire freedom, the other to see the world burn.
Edit 2:
http://eou.comicgenesis.com/d/20121219.html -- So after going over the usb drive and the report, a heck of a lot is cleared up.
"So my Mom left me a huge heap of molding, rotten, decaying, puss-dripping zombies ... How cool is that?"
"So what is your advice to me?"
"Stop doing stupid crap."
