There will be no update for the Drunken Scribblings until next Tuesday or Wednesday. This is for a multitude of reasons, but first I want to make something ABSOLUTELY, INDELIBLY CLEAR:

THERE WILL BE A NEW PAGE BY WEDNESDAY AT THE LATEST.

Just so no-one thinks I'm giving up

Anyway, I'm still being clobbered by this stupid cold. It's making work in a dusty library hell and my eyes are streaming just to look at the screen as much as I need to to make this post. Any drawing this evening is pretty much out of the question, and that seems likely to apply to tomorrow (when I'm going to Liverpool for a band practice).

I'm also away all weekend for my uncle's 50th birthday party, which should be an absolute blast, but which will be happening in Kent, 300 miles away. I'm not likely to get any drawing done then either.

So, I'm taking a brief break. I'm gutted to be doing this, because I'm on a pretty tight schedule this summer anyway (gotta be ready for Halloween

) and because I hate missed updates in all their forms, but after a year of meeting all my own personal drawing targets in the hope of applying to Keenspot (which I've now given up on for a wide variety of reasons, though mostly just 'cuz I like it out here in the wilderness of the web), I need a quick rest.

The plan is to have no Prismatic Vodka Friday or Monday, and no Zobbo on Sunday. Sunday's Zobbo may - if I'm feeling pretty energetic next week - appear on Tuesday. If not, the normal schedule will resume on Wednesday with the last page of chapter 9. Chapter 10 title page will air on Friday with Zobbo on Thursday and Sunday as normal.

I say the best thing is just get some rest and get better. My eyes have been bugging me a lot lately too working with dangerous chemicals >_> So rest up! And kick the stupid cold!

Thanks guys (my three adoring fans ^_--). Feeling somewhat better today, but have been out of the house from 8AM to 12 midnight, so no drawing done. Tomorrow, Kent.
