MM Timeline

Post by Wheels »

I will depart the Kids from Terra on the 24th. MM is a daily so I should be able to do some damage to the storyline between then and the 31. I want to do the steel bikini gag on the opening strip(Kam). The indecent exposure/ dog gag will happen after that. The kids know Steve so I would like them to heal Steves foot and meet Bobby(Life and Death). I am interested in the Brothers scam ala Scooby Dooesk investigation. and the Dia Bounty Hunter. Gogo will come take the kids home at the end. I can change any of this to help fit etc to the other stories. Anyone still needing an exit stradegy Gogo can be our soccer Mom for and characters that need it.

the only thing I can see from the scooby doo investigation is that there'll be less people at the saloon to get drunk.. Which would suit Steve.. more booze for him

That rocks, Wheels. Would you be willing to have gogo react surprised when he meets kori, and say something along the lines of "You're only half-here!" and Kori not know what he means? I'm planning a way for the Shelterville incident to have 'really happened' without Kori being able to prove it.

Also, Wheels and Joff, when you have a stronger handle on which gags happen on which days, let me know and I'll put them in the timeline. For now I added MM to each of the days mentioned.

Tonight when I get home from work I'll spend some time refining the timeline entries for L&D, MM, and DF, and the rest so they match up better. I'm also going to do some preliminary work on my designs for other people's characters and also for my s'ville strips.

I was thinking at least one of the vakyrie's would be involved in a shoot-out, but how it got to that point...?

On one of these threads (they're all starting to blur together) someone mentioned that other characters get involved in some other stories in other parts of town.

Maybe someone (a crooked rancher?) decides to take advantage of the time bubble holding people in town to take over & some of the other characters who aren't part of the graveyard/cave storyline could deal with that?

Say... I noticed Wheels would start on the Halloween-associated storyline the 24th... anyone who may be starting before that?
I just want to make sure I got the main site for the Halloween Cameo Caper 2006 up and ready to keep track in time!

Technically I'll be kicking off the storyline in Life & Death the week before the 23rd.. it's just that there wont be any cameos untill Steve and Bobby are back in the past

Hey, it's Fox:

Ok, so I've been unable to follow this forum lately. (work+lifet+etc) Anyway, I don't think I'm going to be able to match up with the timelines that have been posted, so I'll just cue you into mine so you know what I'm doing.. you know, like if you care or something.

Anyway story wise all of mine is taking place in one night but I'll be posting twice a week up to Halloween.

Oct. 13: the invitation
Oct. 17: Fox and Rai trying on costumes as some of your characters.
Oct. 20: Fox and Rai get blasted to Sheltervill at the same time as Matt and Jarad.
Oct. 24: Fox and Rai inside - the party Lots of cameo's/enterences
Oct. 27: Fox w/ more at table, more cameo's, some just mentioned
Oct. 31: the "end of the party" something to the effect of == > Lots of characters dancing around big bonfire in front of the inn:
caption: Moments later the fire spread to the Sheltervill inn. The fire burned long into the night and the revelers danced all the while. In the morning, all the was left was ash and memory.

Goes out on a serious note for the Holiday. If anybody wants to pick part of this up, or wants to incorporate this into what's already going on, I'd love that. Please drop me a line if you want to clean something up or integrate something specific.

You want to burn the town to the ground?

Hogan, looks like your shelterville retirement plans are cancelled.

Just the saloon I think... though I think that might put too many dents in the ending of people's storylines, perhaps another building would be more appropiate?

And Feyd has already told us that Shelterville will not last forever, in about a a 120 years it will be a deserted ghost town on the praerie...

Paws off...

Post by GabrialFox »

Hey all.

There's a lot more story crossing than I expected here, so Let me revise some pieces. Instead of simply appearing near the town, they can appear in the grave yard. I think that will keep me from stepping on anybody's toes on entries. The idea for the ashes and such was mostly to illustrate that all of these oddities that converged for Halloween and were gone again when the party was over. As such, it works just fine to just concentrate on the bonfire, (in the street outside the tavern, if that's cool with all) and keep property damage to a minimum. :: grin ::

Should I submit my scripts? I've got them written out.

If you'd like to send me copies of your scripts, I will enter synopses into the timeline for you. You can email them to me or pm them if they're short.

Trying to "be good."

Ok, script sent.

By the way, for anybody who might be interested, I will be (if I can pull my plan off) showing on panel characters from Death By Pixil, Drunken Scriblings, Impy and Avey, Jikoshia, the KAMics, Blade of Tohusbi, and Pr0ncomis. I will be referencing with costumes SailorSun, Segcom, Life and Death, and Darians Friends, and than off panel verbal reference to Magical Misfits. I'm going to try to get the rest in in group shots. :: grin :: Time to start drawing!

One problem... I've been trying to find Juamba in Blade of Tohusbi. I've read through the whole comic, and must have missed the name.

I managed one half decent skecth of him... but I can't really do much from that because I'll need to know what his costume's gonna be..

Awesome! Thanks.

Now back to the drawing board... Still got a LOT to draw...

Oh, by the way, sorry I couldn't do more to integrate the various plot lines going on here. I've hardly got time for this, maybe next year! I just really don't want to step on anybody's toes.

Just try to make sure that the fire doesn't get too out of hand... and let me know what building is going to burn once it's been decided once and for all. That way I can make sure that it's missing in the present day...

Ooh, sorry didn't make that clear enough. Decided to make it easier on everybody and not burn a building. Just cut the bit out about the fire spreading and have my final party be around a big bonfire in the street.

Thanks tho!
