I'd like to enter Jessica and Juamba From my comic into this little party.
Do we all make our own story involving this Western town and other comic's characters? Or do I need to write/draw part of the story, (Like fightplosion)?

Welcome to fun, chaos, cameos and mayhem Toshubi!

We hope both Jessica and Juamba will have one hell of a great time in Shelterville, and I'll advice people to check out Blade of Toshubi asap!!

Concerning the concept, then the idea is centered around the participants, on the day of Halloween, each making a outting up a strip (be it filler or canon, and can be shown on the comic's site (preferred) or posted in the forums) showing as many as the participating characters celebrating Halloween in Shelterville.
However, its open for the participants to make more out of it, and there's at least a couple of participants who've chosen to make a whole storyline centered around the Halloween in Shelterville, and I guess we'll see lots of characters from the other participants joining them along the way
