Re: Halloween Cameo Caper 2014 Central Hub
I keep getting distracted, but I do want to finish my 2014 Caper stuff this month. The problem is, the next page is supposed to have a lot of characters on it...

Re: Halloween Cameo Caper 2014 Central Hub
Karabear Comics Presents Special's penultimate update for this Caper has already been posted earlier this week, and the last is tomorrow. I'm not completely happy with how I wrapped it up, but it was getting away from me and I needed to bring it to a close.

Re: Halloween Cameo Caper 2014 Central Hub
Allright! I finally caught up with the 2014 Caper (been concentrating on keeping up with the 2015 so far) and have added the two last strips from Karabear Comics Presents to the Caper Hub!
And with that we say goodbye to Ave and her Fantasy Shenanigans for this time!
... and that should probably be that for the 2014 Caper unless there's still somebody who got something up their sleeve?
If not, then I will make around and bring the Webcomic Hub up the 2014 Caper up to date too with the last strips I have in store and consider this Caper to haven run its merry cause

Re: Halloween Cameo Caper 2014 Central Hub
Hello all! It's been a while. Time for some thread necromancy.
For April 1, 2017, instead of a prank, I've got a stunt planned. It's called UpdateStorm and the plan is simply to take all the comics I run on ComicFury, most of which have been on hiatus for a long time, and run a single update on as many of them as possible, scheduled within a few minutes of each other, so my comics will take up a full row on ComicFury's Most Recent Updates page. I've got two that will definitely update (Chronicles of the Witch Queen and White House in Orbit will be in reruns during that period, updating daily). Two others (Abúi's Travels and The Lives of X!Gloop) have partly-finished pages that I will be able to finish before April fools; two others (Spun Off and GreyFriar's Isle, which would debut on that day if all goes to plan) have script that I can draw before April 1, and I can probably dig up a single update for Rogues of Clwyd-Rhan without raising expectations that that series will resume. Why am I mentioning this here?
Well, I also have admin rights on the Halloween Cameo Caper, and with our Gracious Host's permission, I would like to add one page to that as well if I can. So: Are there any loose ends that I should tidy up? Preferably surrounding the Terrible Trio of Aggie, Scale and Abúi, but I'm willing to consider drawing other characters/arcs for it. Reading up on the archives now...

Re: Halloween Cameo Caper 2014 Central Hub
Well, my bit ended rather abruptly, and I can see people thinking there was more to do. Like, was Dracula actually dealt with? Did D'Vlish really go down without a fight after being stripped of her power? Who else was captured by D'Vlish, and were they freed? Where did Beach Comber go? Etcetera.

... I THOUGHT I heard the purring of a black cat and the sounds of a black rooster... and who has painted a pentagram on the floor!reinder wrote:Hello all! It's been a while. Time for some thread necromancy.

It's... mesmerizing
By your Eternal Command, you Gracious Host hereby give permission to take on the multiple April's Fool Update!
... if not just for use getting a lot of new good comic strips to read!
... now, let me hurry and get the last strips added to the Webcomic Hub of 2014!
I got the Caper Hub fully updated, but I was waiting for more updates before I added the remaining strips to the continuity... but now I better get my ass in gear and do it!
Can't say how many Loose ends there were in the 2014 Caper, with comics ending the middle and all that, but I would definitely not mind seeing more to Aggie, Abui and Scale!

Hogan, you may want to look in the Comicfury backend for the 2014 Caper right now...

Re: Halloween Cameo Caper 2014 Central Hub
... I think we all should take a look at both Hubs for the 2014 Caper, because I think the 2012 Caper came by and left a Little surprise for us...
Caper Hub
Webcomic Hub
... and yes, I still need to add a Whole slew of strips to the Webcomic Hub for the 2014 Caper... the Caper Hub is up to date though

Oh, OK. I musta got confused. I've been looking for the most contrived, bathetic portmanteau but while I think I had it at some point, I lost it.
